PAYMENT POLICY

• Rates are per house and include V.A.T. and local tax
• In order to secure your booking a deposit of 30% will be required at the time of booking
• The rest of the payment can be paid via bank transfer before arrival or at the time of arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Changes are not allowed
• If cancelled or non show 30% non refundable

CHILDREN POLICY

• Due to safety reasons, children under the age of 12, are not encouraged for this house
• We provide baby cot on request; please let us know when booking (for infant up to 1 year old)
